Itinerary Program North Sulawesi Trip
D1 Aiport – Tangkoko – Hotel
Pick up from airport with MI 274 arrive 13.05 pm then direct transfer to Bitung then check in at Hotel at Tangkoko Hotel
D2 After breakfast, ready for trekking at Tangkoko National Park to watch Tarsius and Birding, and continue trekking to see another animal like Monkey, and Back to same Hotel for Overnight.
D3 continue drive to Airmadidi then after luch prepare to ready trek to Climb Mt Klabat, overnight at Camp
D4 early Morning, Trek to reaching the Mt Klabat Summit …. m asl, then back to camp for breakfast and going down to drive to Tomohon, and then overnight at Lokon Resort Hotel
if enough time possible to see traditiona liquer Cap Tikur
D5 Early Morning we will visit Tomohon Traditional Market, and also continue to visit Plantation Tour and Wagon tour to see rice fields surrounding and Lunch at Tondano Lake, and
after Lunch ready for climb Mt Soputan, overnight at Camp
D6 Early Morning Summit to Soputan Volcano, and going back to camp and prepare to Back down Hill to Village and continue drive to Linow Volcanic Lake , overnight at Hotel.
D7 Early Morning we will hike up to Lokon Volcano, then after explore Lokon Volcano, going Back to Village and drive to Manado for overnight at Hotel. Minahasa Hotel – Free program
D8 Ready to sail to Siau Island, arrive in Siau we continue to Village to Made Camp / Local House in the foot of Mt Karangetang, at Night observ of Karangetang Volcano. Overnight at Local House / Camp (depend of Activity of Mt Karangetang Volcano) Local House at Dompass Village
D9 Trekking arround of Mt Karangetang Volcano, also if possible to visit get close from the Volcano, overnight at Camp / Local House Dompass Village
D10 Sail Back to Manado and Continue to Bunaken Marine National Park..

Mount Mahawu is a stratovolcano located immediately east from Lokon-Empung volcano in North Sulawesi, Indonesia. The volcano is capped with 180 m wide and 140 m deep crater with two pyroclastic cones in the northern flanks. A small explosive eruption was recorded in 1789. In 1994, fumaroles, mudpots and small geysers actitivies were observed along the greenish shore of a crater lake
Soputan Volcano is a stratovolcano in the northern arm of the island of Sulawesi, Indonesia. It sits on the southern rim of the Tondano caldera, constructed in the Quaternary period, and is one of the most active volcanoes in Sulawesi.
In 2004, it erupted with lava oozing down its southwest slope. No fatalities were recorded. On the morning of 6 June 2008, it erupted sending heat clouds of debris as far as 4 km down its slopes, and ash 2 km into the air. It erupted again at 21:03 UTC on 2 July 2011 spewing ash and smoke 5,000 metres into the air, and 2011 is On Going Eruption, and Oct 18, 2012 spewing ash and smoke 5,000 metres into the air and also produce of Lava Flow and Pyroclatic Erutpion
Karangetang Volcano (also known as Api Siau) is a volcano located on the north side of Siau Island in Indonesia. The island is inhabited by 22,000 people.It is one of the most active volcanoes in Indonesia having erupted forty-one times since 1675. A pyroclastic flow in 1997 killed three people.
Current activity
In August 2007 an eruptive episode forced evacuations from nearby areas.
On 9 June 2009 the Volcanological Survey of Indonesia raised the eruption alert status of Karangetang to Level Orange.
On 6 August 2010 Karangetang again erupted, spewing lava and ash hundreds of meters into the air. Four villagers are missing.
On 11 March 2011, a few hours after an earthquake in Japan caused a Pacific-wide tsunami, Mount Karangetang again erupted. There were no reports of serious damage or deaths, though lava and hot gas clouds were emitted onto its slopes.
